Valentine’s Day: BFF Edition

1.Going for drinks with your BFF’s this Valentine’s Day? A pair of printed pants and heels should be your go-to. You can never go wrong with printed pants (well in a fabulous print, of course). Seriously, there’s no better way to look trendy and be comfy. It’s a win-win situation, always.

Lace X Jumpsuit

1a.Not in the mood to wear a bodycon this Valentine’s Day, but still want to look sexy? Then a jumpsuit should do the trick.

Ladies, despite the common misconception, bare legs aren’t your only ticket to looking sexy. A one piece get-up can be just as sexy as a mini dress, if not more…now, add lace to that equation and you’ve got yourself a chic and sexy ensemble to celebrate with your honey.

TWOsday: Leopard Skater Skirt

5a.Helloooo there! Yes, I’m alive (in case you were wondering) and cannot be more excited to be back here posting on my [creative] escape.

I let my crazy schedule get the best of me and went on a little hiatus (which felt like forever).

If you’ve missed me, I’ll give you a quick recap and you’ll understand a little better. The last blog post I did was back in December at the end of my second to last quarter of school and during the midst of the high season for retail; needless to say school and work were a little overwhelming. Then, came 2014 and I not only started my internship but, drum roll please….I am currently in the last quarter of my undergraduate career (wooohooo). I will be graduating in March with my bachelor’s degree and cannot contain my excitement!

With all that being said, it’s obvious my schedule isn’t going to be any smoother than the passed month or so has been, but I will be putting the extra effort to bring a post or two a week. Deal?

Now, enough of that and let’s get back to the scheduled programming. I hope you enjoy my first TWOsday outfit post of the year!

Scarf Weather: Miami Style

1.Since Miami hasn’t exactly gotten the memo about the fall season (weather wise, that is), I took it upon myself to bring out some of my favorite fall pieces. Let’s be real, if I would’ve waited for the temperature to drop to bring out my scarves and booties, they just might not have made an appearance this year.

So, this my friends is the way a Miami gal rocks some of her fall faves, while still staying true to the 80 degree weather. 2a.3.5.6.Thanks for reading!

TWOsday: Tartan Trousers

IMG_0775aHey dolls! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends and got to enjoy the long weekend (either shopping or avoiding the malls). Now, it’s back to reality!

I definitely have my hands full this week with Art Basel going on in Miami and final exams next week, but I sneaked in a new [Twosday] post for ya’ll. I bought these [tartan] beauties last week and I must admit I’ve already worn them both ways shown. With tartan print being one of the hottest trends this season, I can’t wait to style these again, and again, and again.

Rust X Leopard

1.Seriously, where has the year gone? I can’t beleive November is almost over! I am approaching the end of a semester, so this tiny [Thanksgiving] break is perfect timing. I cannot be more excited for some quality time with family (always a good time).

Anyhow, as you all already know (well if you follow my blog on the regular), leopard print is one of my many obsessions. When combined with a color like rust orange, I think I’ve got myself a possible Thanksgiving dinner outfit…don’t you think?

…we’ll see what I decide from here to there! If not, this rust and leopard ensemble will definitely be making an appearance on my next date night!2.3. 4. 5. 6.Thanks for reading!
